Mr. Tsafrir has 18 years of marketing and business development experience in the, services, telecommunications and software fields. Working for Digital USA, Mr. Tsafrir was involved in setting up two service businesses, multi-vendor PC services and multi-vendor workstation services, both operations exceeded profits of $20 million within three years. Mr. Tsafrir was the business manager of a joint venture, of VISA and Elbit, to purchase merchandise over the Internet in Israel. He managed the ISDN business of Telrad raising sales by 230% by selling to leading companies such as Rockwell and Deutsche Telecom. As the VP of business development in the MER Telecommunications Group, Mr. Tsafrir re-aligned the business portfolio and led a six-month turnaround of one of the subsidiaries. Mr. Tsafrir earned his BS in Applied Mathematics at the University of Illinois graduating 1st in class of 600, and his MBA at the University of Chicago, USA.


Mr. Matarasso has 25 years of machine-design experience. He has designed
machines for leading companies such as GM, Fujitso, Pfaff, and LNS. He designed
machines in the areas of:
   Robotics (U.S. automotive, metal, electronics and textile industries)
   Packaging machines
   Automatic measuring machines
Mr. Matarasso has extensive experience in manufacturing processes and
diversified experience in the transfer process from design and prototypes to
mass production.

Mr. Matarasso earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technion
School of Technology, Israels leading engineering school and a BA in Art from the
Betzalel School of Arts in Jerusalem.
